Service Description
If you’ve been in an auto accident or have been injured on the job, we can help. All you need is an active claim and a doctor's referral to begin care.
Cancellation Policy
•Cancellation less than 24hrs before a session results in a $50 fee. •Cancellation between 24hrs and 48hrs before a session results in a $25 fee. •No-show results in a full loss of that paid session; there is no refund or recoupment for a no-show. •If a client has three no-shows and/or three cancellations, the company can decide to terminate their membership and patronage.
